Data collected

The website's booking form only collects the information needed to process your request:

• full name;
• phone number;
• email address;
• pickup and drop-off addresses;
• preferred date and time;
• number of passengers;
• free message (additional information: luggage, child seat, intermediate stop…).

Purpose of processing

This data is used exclusively to process your booking request and to contact you again by phone or email to confirm it. It is not used for any other purpose (no canvassing, no newsletter).

Legal basis

Processing is based on the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6.1.b of the GDPR): responding to your booking request.

Retention period

Your data is kept for as long as needed to process your request and follow up on the ride, then deleted within a maximum of 12 months, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Recipients

Your data is never sold or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes. When you send the form, your request is transmitted by email via the Resendsending service, which acts as a technical processor for delivering the message.

Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify and delete your data, as well as the right to object to and restrict processing. To exercise these rights, write to contact@montargistaxi.fr or call 07 82 34 22 18. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
